- HSBC Summer Promotions: Connect to the credit card database and inquire about clients eligible for the promotion.
- MG Register: Developed for MedGulf to manage the in/out letters, faxes and other messages.
- Order Tracking System (OTS): Developed for 2Connect W.L.L. to manage and track all installation and IT departments’ orders.
- HostHealth : Developed for 2Connect W.L.L. to monitor remote devices using the hostname or IP address.
- HR System : A comprehensive HR system using SQL Server backend and with an online module developed for Pediatric ICU section In Salmaniya Medical Complex [Under Construction].
- Shefa : for small & medium clinics and medical complex. The system covers patients’ data, vital signs, doctor station, laboratory, X-ray and accounts.
- Print-my-cheque : Bank cheque printing software with SQL server backend developed for 2Connect W.L.L..
- Raffles’ Gadget : A system which will select a random winners from the SQL Server based a specific criteria.
- my2connect.com : online e-services for 2Connect clients
- Ta’ajeer : Rent a Car software developed in .NET and running on Windows with SQL Server backend.
- The Internet Café System (TICS) : Manage small & medium internet café shops.
- The Restart Manager : Microsoft windows utility to restart the PC on specific date or time. It helps compaines to restart servers or PCs like Kitchen PC (Kitchen Monitors) without having to send IT engineers to fix issues occured by PC not being restarted for many days.
- EziBiz : A CRM aplication to help small and medium organization to manage their customer details and remarks. This program will read Bahrain National SmartCard data using standared readers and save it in SQL Server.

Professional Experience :

Manama, Bahrain (October 2008 to date)
- Support more than 200 stores in Bahrain, e.g. Costa Coffee, BHS, BurgerKing, Avis Rent a Car, Agility, FCUK, Mango, Chili’s, Dairy Queen (Grill & Chill), Camile's Café, Punpkin Patch, Papa Johns, etc.
- Support more than 2,000 users using different system in offices and stores.
- Manage a team of software, hardware & network engineers.
- Prepare the IT budget for Bahrain to submit to the CIO.
- Provide the top management with the detailed reports of the complaint tickets.
- Assist in IT projects & development plans.
- Liase with suppliers to provide the best hardware and software.
- Work with the development team to provide the software required for the users.
- Monitor & analyze support ticket to make sure ticket will be closed in a reasonable time.
- Prepare a weekly status report for the management.

2Connect W.L.L. – IT, NOC & Installation Manager
Manama, Bahrain (February 2006 to Mar 2007)
- Handle the IT department for one of largest IP services’ provider in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
- Manage a team of 10 IT, installation and NOC engineers.
- Provide the reports about the daily activities.
- Prepare and implement IT policies for the company.
- Prepare and implement internal procedures for IT, installations and NOC departments.
- Handle, implement and support all IT projects.
- Manage the installations’ orders from the time order was created until the delivery.
- Support the company’s servers connected remotely to different telecommunications providers (e.g. BIX, BT, etc) and customers networks.
- Manage the 24 NOC to deliver the best service to the clients.

Manama, Bahrain (January 2004 to January 2006)
- Responsible for managing team of I.T. operators in one of the largest insurance companies.
- Perform data modeling, systems and functional analysis and design.
- Manage I.T. operators to ensure that their time was never wasted so that projects finished on time and within budget.
- Support 7 servers connected remotely to Riyadh through router.
- Handle IT project to make sure it’s completed before the deadline and within the assigned budget.
- Prepare and implement IT policies for the company.
- Liase with IT companies & Batelco for all IT and communications issues.
Dubai, United Arab Emirates (May 1997 to November 2003)
- Handle the AWQAF department system, internet and intranet sites.
- Developed, maintained and update web site with real streaming.
- Developed and support windows / web based internal applications.

Dubai, United Arab Emirates (May 1997 to November 2003)
- Implemented & supported Credit & Risk application (CreditDesk) for the vehicle finance unit in the bank.
- Worked with many levels within the organization including the Managing Directors, General Managers, CEOs and others.
- Studied and Implemented systems for the Credit and Risk division including software and hardware.
- Supported existing credit systems for the middle east countries.
- Designed and provided required reports for analysis from different data sources including AS400 using different reporting tools.

- Liased with UK, Hong Kong and Middle East countries to ensure the systems availability.
- Used Base SAS to develop and generate statistical reports.

- Documented maintenance tasks for non-core systems so that the work could be transitioned to an offshore IT firm.
